예전 아래 포스팅에서 영주권 신청과 관련하여 콤보카드(EAD) 갱신 리뉴얼에 대한 이야기를 하였습니다.

신분 변경 신청 중인 C9 카테고리인 사람은 10/2일 이후에도

여전히 EAD 리뉴 비용 안받는다고 합니다. 그나마 다행인 소식이네요.

그나저나 USCIS 이민국에서 계속 비용을 올려서 점점 영주권 신청하는데 가격적으로 큰 부담이 되는것 같습니다.

​

USCIS는 따로 정부 예산없이 순수하게 이민신청자들의 수수료로 운영된다고 하니 어느정도 이해는 되지만, 갈수록 가격을 계속 올리네요.

​

제가 예전에 영주권 신청을 할때 수수료 비용이 약 1인당 2천불 내외면 가능했었는데 이제는 거의 2배인 1인당 4천불의 비용이 소요될듯하네요.

(이것은 변호사나 이민공사없이 했을때 혼자 스스로 진행했을때 비용이고, 그런 대행 서비스를 이용하시면 또 금액이 추가 되겠죠)

진짜 4인가족 이민신청을 하게 된다면 금액적으로 어마어마 하네요.....
