My husband (First name: 땡땡, Last name: 퐁퐁 / Legal permanent resident) and I filed I-130 (케이스 넘버) in April 2019.

 

We also filed I-485 (케이스 넘버) with I-131 & I-765 concurrently in July 2019.

 

I have done the biometrics for I-485 & 765 in August 2019.

 

In March 2020, USCIS sent me a request for evidence on the I-485 which my lawyer followed up, and USCIS received the response documents on April 6th, 2020.

 

I was under the impression that I-131 & I-765 would take around 4-6 months to get approved, so we scheduled our wedding on Dec 2019, but we had to postpone the wedding to this summer 2020. And I am not hearing any news on my I-131 & I-765 until today, so we had to cancel the wedding again. I talked to the USCIS customer service tier 2 officers twice (April 2020 & June 2020), and both officers mentioned to me that my case has been under review since March 2020. The officer I talked to in April 2020 mentioned that I should expect to hear something within the next 30-45 days, but I still have not heard anything.

 

I would really appreciate if I could figure out what’s going on with my case, and why it is taking much longer than the ‘estimated processing times’ on the USCIS webpage.
